ISSUES CORPORATE UPDATE
CHEYENNE, WY / March 19, 2021/ Blue Water Petroleum Corp (OTC PINK: BWPC), announces that Blue Water Petroleum, Inc. has consummated the acquisition of Atakam, Inc. by finalizing the share issuance. With this acquisition Blue Water Petroleum has the right to use and re-register in the US two Ukrainian patents filed by Dmytro Yankovyi giving the Company ownership of the intellectual property with full rights to use and manufacture specialized pyrolysis equipment throughout the world. Almost 15 recycling plants were created on the basis of machines built under these patents.
