Technology
Blue Water Petroleum Corp has three divisions, each with its own specialization
- Blue Water Holdings Inc (Alberta Canada) – Wastewater treatments for the Oil & Gas sectors
- Atakam Inc (Wyoming, USA) – Sludge and Pyrolysis technologies via purpose built modular facilities
Main priority
The scientific and technical laboratory is the main priority of Atakam’s activity. Within the framework of the interests of this laboratory, we are planning to create several projects that are independent of each other but united by a common idea to help scientists and inventors to bring their inventions or just advanced technology to people.
Blue Water holdings inc. Technology
Waste water from drilling rigs and oil wells is often mixed with pollutants and toxins that minimizes water sustainability. Blue Water’s technology enhances the quality of water but also makes it suitable for a specific end use via process treatments of the water utilizing our technologies.
The goal is to enable water to be processed and returned to the environment with the end usage used for irrigation or as a source for industrial water supply.
Our process and technology pushes water via reverse osmosis in order to desalinate the metallic compounds present in it and eliminate all other unwanted pollutants like chlorides and sulphates. Pre-treated wastewater is then pushed through cavitation chambers using ultrasound vibrations.
The process relies on the movement of the liquid via a constriction (orifice plate, Venturi, or throttling valve), which increases liquid velocity at the expense of local pressure and causes a drop in pressure below the threshold pressure, which encourages the creation of cavities. Cavitation process is combined with oxygen donor for enhanced process performance, settling the sludge, lowering volatile chemical production, and improving ammonia treatment.
Production of new building materials
We are studying the production of new building materials from magnesium cement with various fillers. The raw materials for Mg cement production may be Bischofite deposits.
Also, we are working on a system that can produce cement from waste water from desalination plants and we also have a technology for producing such raw materials directly from sea water. In addition, we will produce several by-products.

ATAKAM
The growing utilization of rubber and plastics in industrial and consumer applications, combined with increased consumer awareness surrounding solid waste recycling, has led to an increased demand for recycled products. Waste tires are one of the fastest growing types ofcollected rubber materials for recycling.
ATAKAM will capitalize on the opportunities found in recycled synthetic oil, carbon black and scrap metal with two main divisions: a Recycling Division and a Packaging Division.
Over 45 million tires per year
The company will create waste tire recycling plants located in the western United States. Its initial capacity will be 1.2 million tires, and it will source feed stock presently collected in California, which collects over 45 million tires per year.
Products for sale
There are three major products that will be generated for sale: synthetic oil, carbon black and scrap metal. Any surplus materials will be sold to outside companies. The oil will be sold to manufacturers, who will use it to refine oil products for plastic and other chemical production or as fuel oil, preferable used in residential areas in the Eastern states for heating.
The carbon black will be sold to companies who use it in rubber manufacturing, manufacturing activated carbon for filters or as fuel briquettes. The metal scrap is a very common commodity with stable prices and a mature pool of purchasing agents.
